The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program
The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program is developed by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to allow French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students in diploma courses at Masters' and Doctorate/PhD level.
This allows to train the next foreign decision makers, in private and public sectors, in critical studies fields, and boost applications by students from emerging countries at Masters' level and emerging and industrialised countries at PhD/Doctorate level.

The 2024 applications session for the Excellence Eiffel scholarships program is open to students in 7 fields of study.

Application files are sent by universities in accordance with the excellence of foreign students whom they want to welcome in their training.

How to apply for the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship
First Step

Contact your university in France via its website, by e-mail or by telephone for the procedures and deadlines for submitting an application. If you do not have a study program planned, consult the Campus France Masters or Research indexes for courses.

Second Step

The institution accepts and supports your application for the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship

The institution submits your application online via the dedicated Campus France website
Applications sent directly by students or by Embassies will be declared ineligible. The application must come from your University.
